Customer checkin to earn points, and the points earned gives them stars, when they get all 5 stars, then they can claim your reward. With gamification, customers lose points if they don't checkin after certain amount of days. This helps increase visits and purchases.
This means customer gets 50 points for each checkin and they need to checkin 2 times to get 1 star and 10 times (500 points) to get all stars. They lose 50 points if they do not checkin for 14 days. This is always automatically calculated by the number of points equal to a star earned.
View list of customer reviews including there profile pic, rating and message.
View or export list of customer including there name, gender, birthday and email address.
View or export list of customer and send them messages.
On dashboard go to: 3. Checkin Approval or top menu: Rewards
Once customer gets all the points for 5 stars, then they simply show the mobile confirmation screen at the business to claim the reward. On the approval page, you can reset customer points.
